Yorkshire Pudding

No roast dinner is complete without the Yorkshire pud!
This recipe has a little savoury twist to it – we love experiments on Let’s Munch.

1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of beer (lager is fine)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried sage
lard or dripping to cook in.
